Monday we played soccer and all that good p-day stuff. Then we had a lesson with an investigator and after on the way home we went to our ward mission leaders house and burned my tie for six months. I finally burned it. It was cool.
Tuesday we had a lesson in the Chapel with a family of investigators and they told us about the answers they have had to their prayers about the Church. Tomorrow we hope to put a baptismal date with them for next month. But it was an awesome spiritual lesson and I have no doubt that they will be baptized.
Wednesday we had another lesson in the Chapel, but with a different investigator. He's been investigating the Church ever since I knocked his door in December. And he said that he received an answer to his prayers finally and that he wants to get baptized. So we put a baptismal date with him for the13th of April. We also had an awesome Noche de Hogar (Family Home Evening) in the house of a member and taught the first lesson to a new investigator that she works with. It was awesome also. We also left with them to contact their neighbors for another Noche de Hogar on Wednesday of this week. So hopefully that will be good.
Thursday was Elder Wootton's birthday and we ate some good cake with our ward mission leader. We also had a few good lessons.
Friday we ran to a members in the morning for exercise and then used his ab-coaster. It was awesome. I haven't had a solid ab workout for a while.
Saturday we had a good lesson about the Sabbath Day with an investigator and how important it is that we go to Church. We also got some pupusas from a sister in our ward who's mom brought them from El Salvador. They were incredible! I love them.
Sunday was Ward Conference. It was a sweet meeting and there was a really powerful Spirit there the whole time. Our investigator who we taught the night before came with his whole Family and it was awesome. We also left with the Elders Quorum and did divisions. It was a good day and a good week overall.
