Algo que me gusta de ti

What up Fam? How's everything back there in Utah? This week was pretty good.

Monday we played soccer and all that good p-day stuff. Then we had a lesson with an investigator and after on the way home we went to our ward mission leaders house and burned my tie for six months. I finally burned it. It was cool.
Tuesday we had a lesson in the Chapel with a family of investigators and they told us about the answers they have had to their prayers about the Church. Tomorrow we hope to put a baptismal date with them for next month. But it was an awesome spiritual lesson and I have no doubt that they will be baptized.
Wednesday we had another lesson in the Chapel, but with a different investigator. He's been investigating the Church ever since I knocked his door in December. And he said that he received an answer to his prayers finally and that he wants to get baptized. So we put  a baptismal date with him for the13th of April. We also had an awesome Noche de Hogar (Family Home Evening)  in the house of a member and taught the first lesson to a new investigator that she works with. It was awesome also. We also left with them to contact their neighbors for another Noche de Hogar on Wednesday of this week. So hopefully that will be good.
Thursday was Elder Wootton's birthday and we ate some good cake with our ward mission leader. We also had a few good lessons.
Friday we ran to a members in the morning for exercise and then used his ab-coaster. It was awesome. I haven't had a solid ab workout for a while.
Saturday we had a good lesson about the Sabbath Day with an investigator and how important it is that we go to Church. We also got some pupusas from a sister in our ward who's mom brought them from El Salvador. They were incredible! I love them.
Sunday was Ward Conference. It was a sweet meeting and there was a really powerful Spirit there the whole time. Our investigator who we taught the night before came with his whole Family and it was awesome. We also left with the Elders Quorum and did divisions. It was a good day and a good week overall.

This Week...

This week was alright.  Monday was p-day and we played soccer like usual and it was fun. Tuesday was my six months day! It was nuts. It's been a quick 6, but it's been good. We did divisions with a 17 year old that is getting ready to go on his mission. He and I went and contacted and taught a lesson. It was pretty sweet.
Wednesday I woke up dead. I was sick as ever and I could barely walk. We went to our two lessons and after I couldn't do it anymore and had to sleep. I felt like crap all day because, I couldn't work. I hated it.
Thursday was the same thing as Wednesday.
Friday we went to do some service in the morning and I felt good again. I had to contact a ton to make up for my days sick.
Saturday every lesson we had fell through and we had to find other people to visit and teach and it was rough.
Sunday our investigator came with his daughters to Church and he told them they had to leave early to help his sick wife and his little girl was yelling at him cause, she wanted to go to Primary. It was the cutest thing ever.

The Church is True. I love all of you guys.  Good luck to two of my brothers and best friends Josh Beckstrom (BECKY)# and Marcus Berry. Love you guys youll will do great.
Happy Birthday this week to my Hero Lori White. I wouldn't be here without you and I love you. You truly are my hero. Happy anniversarry also to my other hero. My Dad. Happy anniversary Mom and Dad. I couldn't have asked for better parents and examples. Love you always.

Love your son,
Elder White

6 Months!!!

This week was a pretty good week.
Monday was kind of p-day, but not really. We just had district meeting and email and then it was a normal day. It was weird.
Tuesday was a pretty good day. We had the Baptismal interview for Wilfredo and he passed... It was awesome though. Then we had a member who is 17 and is getting ready for his mission come with us in the night and in a lesson he was talking about the Spirit and how he could always feel the Spirit when he was with us and he just loved it. It was awesome knowing that we cold help someone to increase their desire to go on a mission.
Wednesday we went to the Temple and I loved it. I hadn't been for 4 months. And I can't go for six more. It's the longest I'll ever go again with out going to the Temple. I loved it and it was awesome. I also went to the office to get a package with the other missionaries in our area and I saw my two friends Elder Trupp and Elder Mijangos from Mission Norte. They are both in the office there. It was sweet to get to see them. We then played some soccer in the afternoon.
Thursday we got a call saying that all of our cards were being cancelled cause we got new ones. So we had to spend all our money. So we went to Walmart and bought tons of food. Haha. It was sweet.
Friday we helped a Hermana cut the grass of their house with machetes. It was way fun. Then in the night we had a "Noche de Hogar" (Family Night)  with them and their neighbors. Saturday We had a Baptism of Wilfredo. It was awesome. We sang "If You Could Hie to Kolob. " Elder Wootton and I and our investigator that speaks English sang. I love having baptisms and baptizing. You always feel really good after them. We also had two lessons so we did divisions with members to teach them both.
Sunday was good it was just normal. In the night we had an awesome lesson with a family of investigators and they told us that they want to get Baptized. We haven't set the date yet though. But the Hermano said the first prayer of his entire life to end our lesson. It was awesome.
Congrats to my boy Hunter Hansen on his mission call! And Beck and Marcus... nine days...

Love you all.

What Up?

What up Fam? I only have 5 minutes so I'm running here. But I have a few cool things to share from the week. This week we had some good experiences. We got to leave with a family to contact their neighbors to have  a family night that we are going to do tonight. It's going to be sweet.
We also got to meet with our investigator who is going to get baptized this Saturday. He's definitely ready. Also we had the opportunity to fast as a zone for our goal of 20 baptisms this month. I wish we could contribute more to it, but we only have about 4 possibles for the month.
But yesterday I was praying during the sacrament, which is one of the best prayers ever, for me it's in the temple, to start or end a fast, and in sacrament that my prayers are most powerful. I was pleading that our investigator and his daughter could come to Church for the first time and feel the Spirit. During our first class he showed up with his family. He came to Elders quorum and to Sunday school and after he wanted just to stay in Church and talk for like 20 minutes because, he loved it so much. It shows the power of the Gospel and how it touches the hearts of people.

Love you all. Next week will be a good email, cause, we have a lot to do this week.
